Hi everyone! I arrived in Windsor Ontario late yesterday after a long day of travel. It took me 10 hours to get home when it usually takes me 4 hours. It was one for the books! First I was late and almost missed my flight completely( I was seriously sprinting to the gate) thank goodness I made it there just before they closed the door. Then, a lady got sick on the plane while we were on the runway so we had to turn around to bring her back to the terminal, then the cleaning crew had to come and change her seat covers, then remove her bags after that was all said and done we took off about an hour later than scheduled! I arrived in Toronto just in time to inhale a pita before I had to board my connecting flight to Windsor. I boarded that flight on time but the planes crew up and took off to attend to another plane and we waited 45 mins before another crew showed up! I was so tired of sitting by the time I landed. So when I finally Got home I did this workout:
It was exactly what I needed
Question: Have you ever had a bad travel experience?
Nice workout! Specially cause it’s not a specific amount of time for each, they’re all different :)
It was tons of fun! It put me in the Christmas Spirit :)
Glad to hear at least the end of your day was fun. Thanks for sharing the very HO HO HO exercise plan! :-D
Thanks for the comment! Happy Holidays :)
I really like this work out! I’m not sure if my parents basement has the space but I can always try!! My two gfs and I went to Puerto Rico this spring and sat in the plane for three hours, which made us miss our connecting flight so we ended up flying to a diff airport to catch not one but two more flights to our destination. We should have arrived on Thursday at 1pm but didn’t get in until 10pm. For a long weekend vacation it totalllly sucked and ruined one of our evenings out. We still had fun hanging out though!
Thanks for sharing your horrible travel experience. Thats awesome you and your girlfriends made the most of it :)
love this
Does white-knuckle driving through a blizzard for six hours, pulling over every now and then so your husband can stumble in three-foot snowdrifts and puke on the side of the road, and ending up stopping overnight in a motel with icy, spiral staircases you have to lug your and your husbands hulking suitcases up because he can’t stop shaking and you left at the end of a work day so you couldn’t make the entire nine-hour journey in one go without him dying count?
THAT IS AN AWEFUL EXPERIENCE! =( I am glad you guys ended up to your destination, even if it took a lot longer than expected.
We know the white knuckle snow storm driving around these parts all too well! It is scary either way you spin it!
What’s most impressive is that after a tough day of travel – YOU STILL MADE TIME FOR EXERCISE! That’s awesome.
I’ve been traveling a lot this past year: mostly for work, but also personal goals of taking a vacation every 4 months, plus and or one being international. Fortunately, no horror stories, but stay away from ATL, that airport is crazy!
Thanks! After that horrible day I really needed to blow off some steam that workout was exactly what I needed. I’ve never been to ATL yet thanks for heads up :)

Hey readers! Check out this blog from “We Shall Have Pie.” I’m most impressed with her determination to workout even after a tough day! Enjoy.
Love this little poster for the work outs. Mind if I borrow…
I am sure Tina wouldn’t mind at all! In fact she probably borrowed it;)
Ok love the 12 days of Christmas theme!
I’m a fan.
