Smoothies:

Move Over Booster Juice! …. Just kidding don’t, I love you!

Quick Fix Funky Monkey Smoothie

  • 1 Cup frozen vanilla yogurt
  • 1 frozen banana ( I normally keep a stock pile of peeled frozen bananas in the freezer)
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1 1/4 Cup of Soy Good Chocolate milk

Now the amount of ingredients is dependent on how you like to drink your smoothie, I like a thick smoothie! If you like more of a banana taste, add more banana! If you prefer more of a liquid add more soy milk. Play around with it, but these are the basic ingredients to make a delicious and healthy smoothie!
