Past Challenges

*Starting November 21st, Tina and I will report on how we keep a watchful eye on our wastelines. Taking pictures of foods that we deny and how to modify things to still enjoy without the guilt. We will measure our waistline weekly to keep you updated on the progress!. This Challenge will take us until January 1st 2013, when we kick off our next challenge!*

      The accountability is a little daunting!
      After this wedding I attended this weekend, I am scared to share my measurements!!!

      We are for sure trying, and if we dont least we are staying honest! After this wedding I went to on the weekend I am not feeling too good going into this next waist measurement! …Good news is I have 3 weeks to fix it!

    Ugh – Christmas! I’m thinking of changing religion so that I don’t have to do this stuff anymore and screw up my training schedule – or is that weird and obsessive? Nah! Anyway, good luck with it, ladies!

      We all need a break here and there!! I am still indulging but making sure I keep on training! I kind of wish I could screw it too at times, but then I worry it would be hard to get back into!
