  3. Run a Half Marathon in under 2 hr
  4. Run a leg of the Death Race
  5. Complete Tough Mudders
  6. Complete a Triathlon Sprint

  2.  To run a tough mudder
  3. To run 8km in 45min
  4. To complete a 25km leg in the death race
  5. To complete a  duathlon 
  6. To complete the spartan sprint in 55min or less

    The “Death Race” — that sounds ominous.

      Yep, we hear it’s a real “killer” lol. It is a 125km race over some crazy mountain up north west here in Alberta, you can do it alone or on a team of 1-5people.
      :)
