Brownie Bottom Peanut Butter Pie

Pie 5


Brownie Crust

– 1/4 cup dark chocolate

– 4 Tablespoons of margarine

– 3 tablespoons of stevia

-1/4 cup almond milk

– 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

– 2/3 cup flour ( to make gluten free use coconut flour)

– 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

– 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda

– pinch of salt


-1 cup of smooth peanut butter

– 3 medium bananas

–  2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

–  1/4 cup coconut oil

– 3 tablespoons stevia



Preheat oven to 350. In a bowl microwave dark chocolate and margarine until smooth.

Pie 1

Stir in sugar, almond milk and vanilla extract, then sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until smooth.

Pie 2

Use a spatula to spread batter evenly into pan. Bake for 8 minutes or until brownie looks puffy. Let cool for 10 mins.

Pie 3

In a processor,puree all the filling ingredients until smooth.

Pie 4

Pour filling on top of brownie crust and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving. Garnish with peanuts, chocolate or cool whip.
