Christmas “To Do List”

To do list

I am leaving for Ontario one week from today ( ahh) and my to do list just exploded! Between my big girl job , shifts at the retail store, Christmas Parties and visits with my friends and family I don’t know how I’m going to get any of this done:

  • Pick up gifts at the following stores: Bernard Callebaut, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Carters, Hardware Restoration, and Chapters
  • Pickup ingredients and make Tiramisu for party on Saturday
  • Pick up gym membership invoice
  • Submit gym membership invoice for reimburstment by Dec 14th
  • Get a Hair cut
  • Do a load of laundry
  • Send out Christmas Cards
  • Run 2-3 times
  • Pay Internet bill
  • Pick out party outfit for this weekend ( this may seem silly, but I’m extremely indecisive)

Way to procrastinate right?

Questions: Are you a fan of to do lists? What’s on your to do list?

I love to-do lists. I like to wave at them as they go by.

I actually will plan out my day in pretty serious detail sometimes. I usually violate the plan, but the act of writing it tends to help me keep on track, so I typically end up doing everything I’m supposed to – just not the way I’m supposed to.

I hear ya! There is nothing more satisfying then crossing off finished items one by one :)

Do you ever add stuff to the list later just so you can check it off?

Totally a fan of to-do lists. Actually, I have random lists all over the place (on notes, scraps of paper, calendar reminders through my email…). It’s more about reminding myself so I won’t forget things. I write it down right when I think of it.

Me too! Sometimes, I’ll write the same thing down in three different places to make sure I don’t forget.

I would get nothing done if I didn’t have to-do lists!

I have so many to do lists right now that I can’t keep track. But I love them and couldn’t live without them…ha ha!

To do lists are great for keeping my life organized….now if only I could find them…

To do lists and calendars are helpful in keeping me organized but they’re never ending. It’s a love hate relationship lol

I make to-do lists to make to-do lists, that’s how much I love lists! Crossing items off is blissful.

You guys and your crazy lists! lol… I make them sometimes but always forget them! I even sometimes forget to MAKE them when I intend too. With my iphone, things are getting a little easier, I am starting to make digital lists!

I do make to-do lists though less and less as I get older. The lists I like most are “What I want to-do” lists – that always gets done. The “must to-do” list tends to be forgotten or compromised out (except for groceries, laundry and eating.)

My want to do list has taken over lately, especially in the running gear department, it’s becoming a problem…lol Thanks for the comment :)

I don’t think I could get by without to-do lists! I always have a calendar/assignment book type thing with me at all times where I keep my to-do lists for each day. Great way to stay organized and feel productive (well… most of the time!).

I usually melt down if I can’t find my list..lol
