Workout and Vegan Challenge Update

Last night Ivan and I hit the track for a good sprint session

We were running so fast we couldn’t be caught on

Our workout included:

8×3 min sprints with 3 min rest in between. We were both dripping in sweat once we finished.

I tried out my vibram 5 fingers last night and I am definietly feeling it in my calves today. I like to use them once and awhile to strengthen my feet!

Vegan Challenge Update

I haven’t really had time to post a lot the last week cause of my busy work schedule/flu fighting. But I summed up last week vegan meals into this beautiful collage:
