Christmas Waistline Challenge Day 1

21 Nov

I had planned on going through all my cupboards and my fridge this evening to clear out any of the food that may be a trigger for me. When going through everything, I realized that I actually did this weeks ago! Got rid of all the chips, unhealthy granola bars, most of the ice cream and a lot of Halloween candy. There was just a few things that I held on to, because I have had them for a while and I CAN eat them responsibly (took many years). I currently have some leftover cookies from Saturday, a container full of hot chocolate mix and a handful of skinny cow frozen fudge pops (http://www.skinnycow.com/products/detail.aspx?id=10). I did however send my chocolate marble ice cream down the sink, while it was going down I wanted to scoop it up and eat it!!!!! However I opted for a small glass of chocolate milk instead.

As of this morning, waist measurements are as follows:

Jenny: 31 inches

Tina: 28 inches

We will Post our measurements every Wednesday for the next 5 weeks!
