Challenge Accepted

15 Nov

The last few years I’ve participated in the November Cleanse Challenge that is put on by The Cleanse.Com but this year its a no go. So I’m feeling a little off not participating in some challenge during the month of November. I can’t grow a moustache so Movember  is out for me but after some research I discovered that November is World Vegan Month! So I ‘ve decided to get involved ( I know I’m a little late) by taking the Pledge to go Vegan for 30 days with PETA.

Starting tomorrow I will be posting a daily picture of my vegan dinner to keep me honest and motivated for the next 30 days.

Workout

Ran roughly 6k with the girls in the river valley and did a few lunges, push ups and planks in between.

Me

Well I’m off to the grocery store to stock up for the challenge.
