Marooned without a Compass

Did you know it’s Marooned without a Compass Day? People, this is so my day! I get lost all the time. Hell, I got lost on the weekend during a race when it was clearly marked. I have even gotten lost running with a group of people right beside me! They went left and I got distracted/wasn’t paying attention and went right. When I was training for my Half Marathon, I got lost on most long runs. Poor Ivan had to direct me back to civilization every time. Well Marooned without a Compass Day is telling me to by a compass so I stop going in the wrong direction, well jokes on MWACD cause I have a GPS with me at all times and it still doesn’t help.

Workout

I decided to hit the gym and wore my favourite top to motivate me

Followed with Day 36 and Day40 strength moves. After this long workout I came home to a sweet snack:
